Whole Body Vibration:
Our new Ultra Vibration Machine is a technology that strengthens muscles, increases flexibility, and improves bone density. The 10-minute workout is considered to be equivalent to 60 minutes of resistance training or working out at the gym.

Many back and other injuries related to daily activities and caused due to lack of proper stretching and core muscle strength. Dr. Nasrin now offers a stretching system that takes only a short amount of time to perform, but provides optimal stretching to all muscles of the body.

We also offer a core strengthening machine that helps build the core muscles of your body, with only a 10 minute session at each visit. Strong core muscles are essential in preventing back injuries while working and in sports and other activities

Medical Evaluation and Diagnostic testing procedures should be performed prior to beginning any treatment in order to determine the most effective process. After carefully studying your case history and exam findings, the Doctor will sit down and explain her recommended plan of action for you.
