I have been having horrible migraines for years. I was on many medications. I decided to try chiropractic care because I had tried everything else. I was extremely skeptical at first, but figured I had nothing to lose. I was looking for a chiropractor in Redondo Beach and found drnasrin.

Within just a few weeks of treatment and care, I was experiencing fewer migraines. I was also able to completely get off all my medications. First of all, I would like to thank you for giving my back a life without pain.

Several years ago, I had symptoms of leg numbness that rapidly turned into a chronic back pain. I was not able to either sit or walk straight. The pain was so intense that I was having problem doing my daily activities such as getting up from my bed or driving to work. After my first session, I noticed that you were very confident and passionate about your work. You showed my exactly what the problems were and laid out a recovery plan for me…

My pain didn’t go away instantly, but I saw improvements within the next couple of sessions… Indeed, after three months, I was able to walk straight and perform basic daily activities.

For the past several months, I’ve been taking my wife to see you too. She used to have neck and shoulder pain. Now, she is also pain-free.

Wow what can be said about the Doc!!!! She is by far the best Doctor I have ever met, she is caring, demanding, but most of all she is down to earth, and she knows her stuff...Once and awhile you find a person that you hope will be in your life forever...I have found that person in Dr.Nasrin. Dr. Nasrin has helped me understand the basics of proper body/spine alignment and its direct relation to physical health. Looking back throughout my life, there were instances when I had not felt well, only now realizing the causes may have simply been the result of poor body/spine alignment. Throughout the adjustment and re-habilitation sessions, I have been able to feel the steady progress of our work. Tanglible proofs in the form of x-rays, before and after, have shown the structural improvements. My goal from our sessions was to reduce the frequency of re-occurring headaches. Before knowing Dr. Nasrin I constantly suffered from an aching back and neck and was always tired. I have been coming for therapy for three months and I have noticed even from my first visit that those symptoms lessened. She made me realize how important our spine is and how we have to take care of it so it can take care of us. Dear Dr. Nasrin, Thank you for all of the years of taking care of my family and I. You made my first pregnancy and delivery so much easier through chiropractic care. The adjustments helped relieve pressure from my back and hips. My delivery was also only 4 hours and I feel it was because you helped prepare my body for it. My 2^nd pregnancy is going well and I owe it to you. Being 6 months pregnant and carrying all of the extra weight can be tough, but I always feel amazing after getting adjusted. It truly makes a difference. My first baby is already 2 ½ and she enjoys getting adjusted as well. I want to thank you for the incredible gift you have given both Stephanie and I.  That gift being, the ability to live our lives “pain-free.” For me, years of living every day with constant back pain, countless dollars spent on back massages that only gave me the most temporary relief.  Within only weeks of beginning therapy with you, I became pain free right here at Body Care Chiropractic in Redondo Beach, CA.  The most amazing thing is that I have stayed that way, even not that I am in the maintenance phase of my therapy and only being adjusted every 2-3 weeks, I am still free of pain and discomfort.  This is huge for me, especially since all that my doctor ever did when I mentioned the pain to him was prescribe medications that I clearly do not need.  I truly thought I was destined to live the rest of my life in pain.  I often wondered what my life would be like in 10-15 years, if I am this uncomfortable and I am only in my mid-forties. When I first came to you, I had many ailments.  I suffered from more than neck and back pain, but from anxiety, insomnia and sinus headaches.
Now my pain is greatly reduced, but  I have seen so many other benefits.  I started sleeping better and getting sick less often. Then, with your encouragement, I was able to stop taking my anxiety medication completely.
